Seif's Bio

Seif (aka the minister of water) is a very laid back and easy going latios. He prefers to take his time and do things at a steady pace and rarely gets mad. He is white and ocean blue with topaz yellow eyes. He also has water symbols on his arm, head, chest, and back as well as along his wings and tailfins. He also wears a small blue cowboy hat which he loves dearly. It also has a fragment of his soul dew in it (in front of it but not on the rim). Looking at the soul dew, you will see a watery surface.  He is very polite and courteous to everyone even to his enemies and is quite the lady's man. He met Ruby about 25 years ago, and she was a fire cracker then too (this would make a nice little story), and fell in love with the fire in her eyes (and still is). As far as I know there isn't anything he's scared of and it's almost impossible to make him mad. He loves to express his feelings though art and love to use water colors (as well as seeing art made with water colors) and teaches other to do the same.

During combat he is graceful and a strong fighter (when needed). He laid back nature makes him an unusually good at dodging and avoiding damage, even when hit. His water magic is both elegant and powerful. He can change his hat into a paintbrush and a palette with the soul dew in the middle of the palette. With it he can paint in midair anything out of water which can come to life and will look just like the target even the colors but will have a watery texture. He can paint endlessly as long as there is water nearby. His pallet has the 8 colors needed to paint. He can slash the air with his brush to send whatever color water is on his brush as a ranged attack, the color of the water tells what type it is, clear is normal.

If the need arises he can enter overdrive called Blissful Tides. He does this by clearing his mind of all things except water and mentally become one with water (in this state his eyes are closed, and thinks, hears, and feels nothing but water). Attacking him in this state is not a good idea for he will dodge then counter base on the attacker's power. If near a body of water he will surround himself in a bubble of water 10' wide with a bubble of air in the middle. Once in the bubble he use it as a weapon, swinging blades, walls, balls, and tentacles of water at his foes, he also grabs them and pulls them into the bubble to squeeze and pound them before throwing them out. His overdrive move is called The Rage of Poseidon which works only over a very large body of water (like a sea or ocean). When he is, he goes into the water and turns the whole body of water into a weapon (you can use your imagination with this move). Any foes in or above the water are easy targets and are at the mercy of his power once he pulls them in. If you were to watch from the sky the water would the prettiest sight you'll ever see as it would shine and glisten. On the waters surface, it's calm and gentle, underneath the water is violent and deadly. Seif would never kill someone so he watches their heath very carefully while hurting them and stops when they reach their limit. The only moves he has trouble dodging is thunder attacks.
